Choose "A calculator is not calculating correctly" as the subject, then tell us which calculator you used, what you typed in, the answer you got and the answer you expected. The "Think a result is wrong? Tell us" link under each calculator opens this form with that subject already chosen.

Choose Sign In at the top of any page and enter the email address and password you chose. Before your first sign-in, use the link in the confirmation email we send when you create the account. An account is optional: every calculator and tracker works without one.

Check your spam or junk folder first. Then, on the Sign In page, choose Send the confirmation email again. Each link works for 2 days. An account that is never confirmed is deleted on its own after 7 days, so you can also simply create it again.

On the Sign In page, choose Forgot your password? and enter your email address. We email you a link to choose a new password; it works for 1 hour. Choosing a new password signs you out on your other devices.

After 10 wrong passwords in a row, sign-in is paused for 15 minutes to protect your account. Wait and try again, or reset your password with Forgot your password? on the Sign In page.

Sign in, open your Profile and use Change Email. Enter the new address and your current password, then use the link we send to the new address within 1 day. Until you do, your account keeps the old address.

Sign in, open your Profile and use Change Password. You need your current password. Your other devices will need to sign in again afterward.

Sign in, open your Profile, choose Delete My Account and enter your password. Your account and everything saved in it are removed for good.

We answer by email at the address you type in the form. Your address is used only to reply to your message.
